4. Cancellation Policy - Guests may cancel their reservation at any time for any reason, but please note that the deposit is nonrefundable. This applies to all cancellations, regardless of how far in advance they are made. If a reservation is canceled, the deposit will not be refunded, and guests will not be responsible for paying the remaining balance due at the dock on the reservation date. Charges to a customer’s card are only for the deposit made during the reservation process. We do not charge the remaining balance in the event of a cancellation; however, the deposit remains nonrefundable. If a customer receives a courtesy credit voucher for a future booking, only the deposit portion can be applied and cannot be used to cover the balance if the reservation is adjusted for fewer guests than originally booked.
5. Minimum Age Requirements - All guests must be 21 years or older and present a valid government-issued photo ID. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they can provide valid identification. We are not liable for guests who misplace or lose their ID. Refunds will not be provided if a customer is unable to verify their identity.
6. Balance Due - We do not accept full payments upfront. A reservation deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is to be paid at the check-in location on the reservation date. Please note that the balance must be paid in cash. Additionally, sales tax will be applied to both the reservation deposit and the balance due at the dock on the reservation date.
7. Refund Policy - To finalize your booking, all guests must agree to our terms and conditions. By using our website or making a reservation, guests confirm their acceptance of these terms voluntarily and are not compelled to make a purchase.
All reservation deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable for any reason, with no exceptions. The deposit will not be refunded regardless of when the cancellation occurs, nor can it be applied to the remaining balance if party members are missing. Additionally, no refunds will be issued if a guest is denied service due to intoxication.
8. Reservation Changes - Due to Coast Guard regulations, boats have maximum occupancy limits, making it crucial for us to maintain accurate attendance records. If you need modify an existing reservation—such as changing the date or check-in time—a fee of $15 plus tax will apply. This fee is charged per person. Modification fees will be processed to the original payment method used for the reservation, with the cardholder's prior consent.
9. Weather - This is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. The boat will sail regardless of rain, as brief thun derstorms are common in South Florida. In the unlikely event that conditions become too dangerous for departure, all guests will be promptly notified of any changes. If the organizers officially cancel the boat trip, refunds will not be provided; however, guests will have the option to reschedule for a later date (subject to availability). If rescheduling is not possible due to limited availability or if guests are unable to return, they may only reschedule for a future date. Guests can only reschedule if the trip is officially canceled. If the boat departs and guests do not show up, the option to reschedule will not apply. Since we do not issue physical vouchers, any cancellations will be noted in the reservation for future credit. To reschedule, guests must contact us before their scheduled trip. We will then provide available dates for rescheduling (if open). Please note that only the deposit can be applied towards the new reservation and cannot be used for the balance if fewer guests are rescheduling. For the safety of the crew and passengers, the organizers reserve the right to alter the itinerary, adjust check-in times, or cancel the event due to mechanical issues or weather conditions.
10. Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event takes place.
